1) Customer Focus
To Produce quality goods and fine services that meet customers requirements, we follow the guidelines of TQM (Total Quality Management) and apply selected international working standards and the code of ethics that will enhance the efficiency of our management system and to maintain the continual quality improvement of our internal working system and services, which will satisfy both external and internal customers and be accepted by related organizations.
2) Process Management
Based on the PDCA cycle and management by fact towards quality products with competitive prices, we have already implemented the following programmes :
- ISO 9001-2000 to achieve quality management system and employees for all levels
- Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP) to assure product safety
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP ) and 5 S program to assure hygienic production process
- Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to increase the machine quality and decrease losses
3) Leading Development
We aim at becoming a leading developer in products, services and working procedures to create product and service differentiation.
4) Learning Organization
To support learning which will enhance our employees' competencies, as well as benefit the community, we will:
- have continual human resource trainings in accordance with the international standards
- cultivate the mentality and organizational cultures among employees to make them concern with the duties and responsibilities, in response to the company policies, and
- use the internal communication tools to enhance the acknowledgement and understanding of firm policies among employees
5) Environment and Occupation Health Care
To reinforce both efficient utilization of natural resources and the hygienic and safe working environment, to conserve the internal and community environment for a better living standard of our employees and community, we have implemented the following program:
- ISO 14001 : Environment Management System to improve the efficiency of our working system by :
- complying with the energy and environmental legislation and regulations restrictly,
- preventing and correcting problems having adverse impacts on the environment,
- optimizing the usage of energy and natural resource in the production process,
- minimizing the waste and pollution from the production process through regular maintenance,
- preventing risks emerging from accidents or emergency situations which may cause critical impacts on our employees safety and the environment, and
- providing news and information on environment to our employees and the public and listen to comments and suggestions to improve current corrective and preventive environmental plans
- Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS – Thailand Industrial Standard 18001-2542) to increase safety in the working environment for our employees.
6) Social Responsibility
To become part of the community, we will foster region, advocate public and other activities, which are beneficial to the society and community.
